Blastoise Buddy

For DSWalton's Pokédex Project. They're getting people together to draw all of them. And it's amazing so far! I was stunned I got Blastoise as it's absolutely a favorite of mine. (Original starter.) Anyway, this Blastoise was inspired by my X&Y playthrough. His name is Jean after a certain character...and if you follow my scraps (or found this by tags and are confused as to why this fits the category) you can probably guess who that would be now.
